Time for another wonderful Christmas morning. The rule in our house is you must stay on the stairs until your parents say it's time to come down. This gives us plenty of time to grab the camera and get in position for the mad dash.
Waiting so very patiently.

Daniel likes to torture them by asking question about what they think is under the tree from Santa.

Yea! Present time.

Can you think of anything better than your own jar of pickles in your stocking?

Just what Logan needed, a large double sided axe to swing around.

Betsy was the first one to open her gifts since she is the youngest. Logan was more than happy to help her.

Simon needed a little help from Uncle Daniel putting together his Lego flash light.

Sophie picked out this lovely hat for Logan. I may have to borrow it on Derby Day.

I think Carson was the most excited about all his How to Train Your Dragon gifts.

I'm not sure what Adam is about to open but I think Logan told him what it was before the paper came off.

The kids were finally able to open their wands they picked out in September when we went to Universal Studios. Sophie chose Voldemorts.

Sophie was laughing so hard she was crying when Simon gave Daniel a can of Tuna. She had never heard it called chicken of the sea.

After it was all over this is what we were left with. Looks like a pretty good Christmas, don't you think?

I had to add this one. Cate got Whipped Cream in her stocking. I think Logan may ask for that next year.
It does look like a pretty good Christmas, but I'm nut sure anything could top the excitement of Christmas day at our house this year.
