Slowly but surely progress is being made on the house. We would be a little further along but after a summer with no rain we got tons the minute we started to build. Anyway they were finally able to pour the foundation and the kids were very excited to put there hands in it.
After they were done the worker smoothing the foundation came and asked if he could go over it. I said sure, I have pictures and that's all I ever care about.
Before school the boys wanted to sit on the board the workers had been standing on the day before. They decided it was their jail.
This is how the addition looked at 7:30 am.....
and here it is at 5:30. Pretty cool.
It's lookin' good.....every morning when I walk the dogs, I like to walk by and let the dogs do the dirty deed on your yard while I check out the progress. (LOL)

ReplyDeleteThat's really funny Alison! hehe :) It looks fantastic, I'm with ya on the rain...I love it but we are mid-construction on some much smaller projects and it's stalling the progress :) Oh well, the grass is green again though! Can't wait to see it in person!
